Personal Therapy/Counselling (online)

  • Talk about your life, struggles and difficulties

  • Gain understanding and awareness of why you feel stuck or unhappy

  • Get perspective on how to change behaviours

  • Grow a healthier perspective on yourself and the people around you

  • I have experience working with addiction, interpersonal problems, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship struggles, depression and anxiety

  • Sessions are confidential, and ideally run on a weekly rolling basis.

One-to-One Actor Coaching (online)

  • Learn the fundamentals of the Meisner Technique

  • Top up on your previous Meisner Technique training

  • Learn my text analysis system, based on Meisner and David Mamet’s systems (‘Practical Aesthetics’)

  • Develop your self-tape practice

  • Work on specific castings, approaches to roles and scenes

One-to-one sessions are offered as part of a reduced price as part of a monthly subscription)

Meisner Sunday Workshops (In-person)

Meisner Sundays offer you the chance to work with me in-person on all aspects of the Meisner Technique: repetition, improvisation, text across a full day.

Attendees can build up their practice and skill, progressing through the exercises at their own pace. It is recommended that actors attend regularly, and supplement their learning with a one-to-one session each month.

Meisner Drop-In (online)

This regular class focusses on consistent practice of the Meisner Technique, for all levels. Actors can focus on the repetition exercise, independent activities/coming to the door, emotional preparation, and work on text.

All levels of Meisner experience are welcome. If you haven’t worked with me before, please bear in mind that my approach may differ to your training, so come with an open mind and heart.

Group Coaching (online)

Come to me as a group of actors, wanting to train or develop as team.

Learn the repetition exercise, Meisner improvisation, or work through scenes and monologues. This way you spread the cost between you, and also benefit from watching each other’s struggles and achievements.

Group sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 people
